WEF InFLOW® Toolkit Now Available for Member Associations and Workforce Partners

The WEF InFLOW® Member Association Toolkit — First Edition, 2026 is now available on WEFUnity and WEF’s website as a practical, adaptable resource to help Member Associations and interested partners launch, strengthen, or learn more about locally operated InFLOW programming.

Although the toolkit was developed with Member Associations in mind, it also offers a broader framework for partners interested in building workforce development programs that create tangible benefits for students, emerging professionals, utilities, employers, educators, community organizations, and the water sector as a whole.

The toolkit includes information about the InFLOW program model, values, benefits, partnership opportunities, and adaptable planning tools. Inside, you’ll find a getting-started pathway, program checklist, CareerTech and STEMpath track guidance, budgeting considerations, and a short MA InFLOW Request Form process to help align use of the InFLOW name and logo.

This first edition is intended to be flexible and scalable — use what is helpful, adapt it to local capacity and goals, start small, and grow over time. If you are exploring InFLOW locally or already supporting InFLOW-aligned programming, we welcome your feedback as we continue improving this living resource.
